ShortenMe is a URL shortening service that allows users to create shortened URLs that redirect to longer destination URLs. The Service also provides click tracking functionality.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

Create shortened URLs that link to content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
Engage in any activity that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ShortenMe operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
